Math Gates Run

Mama Duck is taking her ducklings home, and every gate on the park path changes the size of the flock. Drag left or right to lead them through the right one: is ×3 better than +5 when you have 12 ducklings? Pick well and the flock bursts in size with a pop of balloons; pick badly and a few ducklings wander off to play in the meadow.

Every pair of gates is a quick sum. Plus and times make the flock bigger, minus and divide make it smaller, and the best choice depends on how many ducklings you have right now. Hedges split the path in two: add up both gates on each side before you choose. Lost ducklings wait by the path, so steer past them to bring them along.

At the end of the path your flock waddles across the bridge and hops into the pond one by one while the count ticks up. Bring home enough ducklings to reach the goal for a star, and the best possible flock for three stars. Coins from every level buy new looks for your ducklings: a bow, a sailor cap, a daisy, a party hat or a crown.

Kids Mode (the turtle) makes it gentler for younger players: only adding and taking away, a slower walk, and the flock never shrinks below three ducklings, so every level can be finished. The hare brings times and divide, faster paths and Parade levels with giant multipliers.
